Job Title: Front Desk Office Assistant

Reports To: Controller

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Office Assistant is the first point of contact for visitors, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. This role includes managing calls, assisting visitors, and maintaining an inviting environment. As part of our team, you will embody our values of Integrity, Professionalism, Teamwork, and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and address inquiries.
  • Complete daily cash reports and deposits per company policy.
  • Sort and deliver mail to the Corporate Office and perform daily bank deposits.
  • Manage outgoing mail and take to the post office.
  • Reconcile daily transactions from branch locations.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate financial operations.
  • Process customer payments and generate invoices.
  • Compile the quarterly newsletter and manage monthly grain price faxes and mailings.
  • Maintain the postage meter and manage other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
  • Perform filing and any additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ year(s) of administrative support experience.

  • Background in agriculture or banking.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
