Job Title: Feed Mill Operator
Department: Dodge City Feed Mill
Reports To: Branch Manager
Company Overview: Pride Ag is a reputable Cooperative dedicated to excellence in every aspect of our operations. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Feed Mill Operator to join our Feed Mill Division.
Job Summary:
The Feed Mill Operator is responsible for ensuring that the feed mill efficiently produces and maintains sufficient inventory to meet both internal and external customer demands. This role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and produce feed according to customer specifications.
- Daily production of feed.
- Order supplies, including grain and medications, to support processing needs.
- Maintain all equipment to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in sacking feed for warehouse and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility through regular sweeping and cleaning tasks.
- Operate equipment including baggers, forklifts, two-wheel dollies, freight lifts, and man lifts.
- Provide assistance to customers as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Feed Mill Operator.
- CDL Class A or B
- Hazmat and tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Capability to climb to significant heights.
- Ability to twist, turn, push, pull, and bend.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces.
- Ability to work in various environments, including exposure to dust, heat, and cold.
