Title: Branch Manager
Department:
Reports To: General Manager
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operations for Branch Location including administrative, grain, fertilizer, fuel, feed, seed, chemical and propane. Customer and employee satisfaction, training and safety, compliance with local, state and federal laws, OSHA and EPA, sales, employee management, company profitability and care of company property and assets.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Hiring, evaluating, coaching and termination of employees.
- Safety Training and OSHA and EPA compliance
- Marketing and agronomy& feed sales
- Directing and assisting with day to day activities for all employees at branch location
- Ensuring quality of grain
- Maintenance and upkeep of facility
- Processing required paperwork, reports to Grain Manager
- Trouble shooting and issue resolution

Minimum Requirements:
- CDL driver’s license
- Knowledge of operational policies and procedures
- Grain inspection and grain care
- Computer skills
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
- Must be able to lift, bend, twist, turn, climb ladders to great heights
