Job Title: Credit & Accounts Receivable Manager
Department: Dodge City Main Office
Reports To: Controller
Job Summary:
The Credit & Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for providing financial, clerical, and administrative support to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and account maintenance. This role plays a key part in maintaining positive customer relationships and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Essential Job Functions:
- Record customer payments by processing cash, checks, ACH, and credit card transactions.
- Maintain and update the accounts receivable subsidiary ledger.
- Manage collections by reviewing customer payment plans, credit lines, and payment histories; coordinate collection efforts as needed.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Generate and distribute monthly account statements.
- Process payroll deductions for employee credit accounts.
- Review the A/R aging report to ensure timely payment compliance.
- Investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Maintain and balance internal accounting spreadsheets.
- Set up new accounts receivable accounts and update existing ones.
- Manage Patron Access and ACH account setups in Agtrax.
- Process Equity Membership requests.
- Maintain and monitor CFA, John Deere, and Secure accounts.
- Consistently demonstrate professional conduct, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to company policies.
- Foster effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
- Perform general filing duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in accounting or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
